Upon arrival at Gwalior airport/railway station, you will be received by our representative who will be there for your welcome. After a warm welcome, transfer to your already booked hotel in Gwalior is a historic city in the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh. It's known for its impressive fort, Gwalior Fort, which has a rich history and stunning architecture. The city also features beautiful palaces, temples, and museums, making it a great destination for history and culture enthusiasts.
Arrive at the hotel and check-in, later proceed for the city tour of Gwalior visiting Gwalior Fort, Teli Ka Mandir & rest at the hotel.
Gwalior Fort is one of India’s most magnificent hill forts, situated on a sandstone hill in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. It boasts a rich history, dating back to the 8th century, and has been a significant stronghold for various dynasties, including the Tomar and the Mughals.
Teli Ka Mandir: This ancient temple, dedicated to Lord Vishnu, is known for its unique architecture and towering height, blending elements of both Hindu and Buddhist design.
Saas Bahu Ka Mandir: A pair of temples dedicated to Vasanta and Vishnu, celebrated for their detailed sculptures and artistic beauty.
If time permits then you can also visit the Jai Vilas Palace. Return to hotel after sightseeing. Overnight stay at Gwalior.
