Private airport transfer: Our representative will pick you up from Vancouver International Airport and drop you at your hotel. (Please provide flight and contact details at least one week prior to arrival.) No Greet and meet its just pickup . Hotel check-in: Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM. Important note: The room rate is included in the package. Breakfast is included wherever applicable. The hotel may place a hold on your credit card at the time of check-in for incidentals. This hold will be released after check-out if no additional charges are incurred. We highly recommend confirming the release of the hold with the front desk at the time of check-out. Meet & greet: Meet your tour manager at 6:00 PM in the hotel lobby. (If your flight arrives late, you may miss the scheduled activities for today and no monetary compensation will be given . Dinner: Enjoy dinner at Indian restaurant . Overnight stay.

Inclusions
- All hotels as mentioned or similar.
- Airport transfers on a private basis from Vancouver Airport to hotel. Drop off from the Calgary hotel will be via hotel shuttle. If the shuttle is not operating, passengers will have to pay cab fare on own.
- Hotel shuttle from airport to hotel in Toronto.
- Drop off by hotel shuttle in Montreal airport. If hotel shuttle is not operating, passengers have to take cab on own.
- Dinners at Indian restaurants.
- Breakfasts (Due to COVID-19 breakfasts can be a grab and go or plated).
- Tour director (will meet at 6 PM on Day 1 & be with the group till end of tour in Calgary on the west). There will be a different tour manager on the east in Toronto.
- The tour will be conducted in a 55-seater / 22-seater / 15-seater / van / sedan based on the number of people signed for the tour. When the group size is 10 or below, the tour manager will be driving the tour.
- Wifi at all hotels.

- Domestic flights arriving in Vancouver & departing out of Calgary.

- Porterage.
- Mandatory tips ($6 USD per person per day, for all adults and children) to be given to the tour director for the driver and tour manager. This cannot be pre-paid.
