Terms & Conditions
- Passengers joining this tour must travel to / from the hub city at their own expense.
- 2% TCS to be charged for all passengers. In case a passenger does not provide PAN card, 10% TCS will be charged.
- Due to major international events and trade fairs throughout Europe such as air-show, world athletic meet, ice skating championships, motor show, Tour de France, etc. the hotels may be blocked out more than 2 years in advance. In view of this you may have to stay in hotels further away from the cities/ different city and the itinerary may have to be altered /amended.
- We also reserve the right to substitute a hotel of similar class if it is deemed advisable or necessary.
- For the convenience of our passengers we will sometimes amend/alter the itinerary. However all the services will remain the same.
- Please do not carry any kind of pointed articles, like scissors, knife, Liquid items, Nail Filer, Nail Cutter, Lighters, etc to avoid problems at Airport.
- Dry Snacks / Water bags / Umbrella / Slippers / Sports Shoes / Electric Converters are always recommended on the tour.
- Please carry warm clothes, routine recommended medicine & first aid kit (if required) in your hand baggage in case of emergency.
- Kindly attach tag or label having entire details like your name, address & telephone numbers as to identify your luggage easily.
- Please ensure that you reach airport check in counter 3 hrs before your departure time at the respective Terminal of the airlines, later proceed to baggage screening & check in counter of respective flight.
- Any meal request has to be intimated well in advance. Airlines seat preference is to be done at the check in counter only.
- Everyone needs to fill up the immigration forms after the check in procedure & before arrival at the respective destination.
- Please take care of your passports, air ticket & foreign exchange: safe deposit lockers are available on request in hotel at reception.
- No Porterage included (Can be arranged locally by tipping), so requested to carry light luggage with trolley (1 handbag & 1 big luggage preferred). Carry limited number of clothes.
- Don’t keep behind any checked in luggage & hand bag once you leave airport, cruise, coach & hotel. If any luggage is misplaced or left behind than we must be informed immediately, every possible assistance will be given. CARRY SMALL BAGS FOR DAY TRIPS.
- Check in time of Hotel is 14:00 hours / Check out time of the hotels is 11:00. No guarantee of early check in & late check out (Subject to availability at your owns risk)
- Meals if included, will be in Restaurant. If not included then, extra will have to be settled directly.
- Please make sure that the time given to you for any sightseeing, for which you have to be punctual, no refund will be given if any sightseeing is missed due to delay in flight or any natural calamity.
- The order of the sightseeing mentioned in the Itinerary may change sometime depending upon the circumstances of road journey & travel restrictions but the efforts will be made to cover the same, if missed the alternate sightseeing may be given in the following cities to come.
- Each and every shops, hotel lobby & departmental stores has hidden cameras for security.
- Please carry the hotel visiting card if you are moving out of hotel on your own, as you might forget address.
- All the hotels confirmed which have been pre informed & approved so no change can be made after departure. Changes cannot be made on the tour or once the tour commences.
- Rooms once allotted cannot be changed unless available after request at the hotel reception as they are pre-booked.
- Children who had not been paid for extra bed will have to share parent’s room but same can be made available upon request by paying extra charges.
- Any extra services / facility used form hotel rooms i.e. mini bar, pay channels, international calls, laundry, room service; etc has to be paid by the pax before or at the time of check out.
- Tips are Compulsory for the Driver / Local Guide / Bell Boy.
- On free day no services will be provided until requested or committed. Shopping time will given only if there is no sight seeing on any day.
- Any services paid by the pax on our behalf have to keep the receipts so as to claim the refund without which no amount will be refunded.
- Any damages caused to the Hotel rooms / Coach during your stay, shall be payable by the passengers. European Voyages will not be liable for the same.
- The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages. Loss, injury, accident death, breakdown, or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out the tour arrangement, weather conditions, strikes, war , quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expense must be borne the passengers.
