Check-in is at 4 PM in NY. If you arrive at the hotel earlier than 4 PM, please leave your luggage at the bell check/luggage assistance and roam through Times Square. At check-in, The Hotel will ask for Credit cards for incidentals. The hotel will accept credit cards only in the guest's name. The only cards accepted are international credit/debit cards, such as Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discovery Card. If there are no incidental charges, the hotel will release the hold from the credit card within three weeks. Everyone takes a zero-balance statement at check out.
