Passport:- 
•    Valid passport + Old Passport if any ( Min 06 Months Validity from the date of return travel)
•    The validity of Passport should be of 10 Years.
Photograph:- 
•    04 photographs (Please provide a recent photograph (not more than 6 months old) of yourself. The photographs should be in colour): -
•    Matt finish with 80% face coverage
•    45 mm x 35 mm in size;
•    Taken against a light background (white or off-white) so that features are distinguishable and contrast against the background;
•    Clear and of good quality;
•    Printed on normal photographic paper;
•    Full face (without sunglasses and normally without a hat or other head covering, unless the applicant wears such items because of their religious belief or ethnic background).

Note:- 

• If your visa gets stuck at immigration (e.g., due to name matching issues or active existing visas), getting connected to a human support agent can be slow.  
• Rigid Handling of Complex Cases: If you have an uncancelled previous UAE visa, a single name on your passport, or a past UAE overstay, an automated platform like Atlys may struggle to resolve the issue compared to a traditional human visa agent who can manually clear security flags with immigration.
