CANCELLATION POLICY

The cost of this package is subject to the below cancellation policy. The booking amount of Rs.20, 000 is non –refundable interest free booking deposit which shall stand forfeited in the event of cancellation of package tour by guest under any circumstances. The following cancellation charges will be applicable over & above the booking deposit if any passengers cancel the tour because of any reason including rejection of visa because of any reason.

  • 35 days or more prior to the departure of the Tour                      25% of the tour cost
  • 34 – 15 Days prior to the departure of the tour                           50% of the tour cost
  • 14- 8 days prior to the dept. of the tour                                    75% of the tour cost
  • 07 days less prior to the departure of the tour or No show          100% of the tour cost

 

Since nonrefundable cost of package tour paid in advance to reserve the services for the group, clients are requested to read the above before confirming the tour.

Itinerary

Day 1 ARRIVAL AT AMSTERDAM AND TRANSFER TO YOUR HOTEL.

Welcome to Amsterdam! On arrival at the airport, we will be waiting to transfer you to the hotel. Overnight in Amsterdam.

Day 2TODAY ENJOY THE COMBINED CITY TOUR, VOLENDAM, MARKEN & WINDMILLS

After a sumptuous breakfast we proceed for Combined City Tour, Volendam, Marken & Windmills.In this combination tour you will visit Amsterdam for an extensive bus excursion. You will see all Amsterdam has to offer, from the historical monuments in the centre to the modern architecture of the 21st century. A picture stop at a windmill at the river Amstel and a visit to a diamond factory are included. We will also take you to the former Island of Marken. In this village you will visit a clogmaker and explore this traditional Dutch village. Besides Marken we will also visit Volendam, where there is time for the Cheesefactory and for lunch or shopping. Another part of the tour is the windmill village ‘de Zaanse Schans’, with its characteristic green wooden houses. On the turn of the 18th century this district was an industrial area withapproximately 700 windmills in use. In this day and age there are only five left. In summer season the boat trip between Volendam and Marken on the “Marken Express” is included in the price. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 3 AMSTERDAM – DAY FREE AT LEISURE

Since this day is at your leisure, we suggest you make the most of your stay in the capital of Netherlands by exploring Amsterdam’s best museums, mainly the famous Rijksmuseum, Verzetsmuseum, Rembrandt House Museum and The National Maritime Museum, amongst others. Overnight in Amsterdam.

Day 4 AMSTERDAM – DAY FREE AT LEISURE

Today day is at leisure to explore the city on own. Overnight in Amsterdam.

Day 5END OF TOUR (DEPARTURE TRANSFER TO AIRPORT)

You tour ends here transfer to Amsterdam Airport for flight back to home
