1. Valid passport + Old Passport if any ( Min 06 Months Validity from the date of return travel)
2. The validity of Passport should be of 10 Years. If the passport`s validity is of 20 Yrs; then reissue your passports on urgent bases

3. 04 photographs (Please provide a recent photograph (not more than 6 months old) of yourself. The photographs should be in colour): –

• • Taken against a light background (white or off-white) so that features are distinguishable and contrast against the background;
  • Clear and of good quality;
  • Printed on normal photographic paper;
  • Uncounted – 45 mm x 35 mm in size;
  • Full face (without sunglasses and normally without a hat or other head covering, unless the applicant wears such items because of their religious belief or ethnic background).

In case of businessman

• Last 3 years income tax returns acknowledgement of firm
• Last 3 years income tax returns acknowledgement of individual
• Last 3 years balance sheet firm
• Last 3 years balance sheet individual
• Proof of business (like memorandum of article, certificate of registration/ Partnership deed / Service Tax / Sales Tax)
• Property papers (If Any residential/commercial)
• Financial Documents e.g.:- FDR / NSC / Saving Certificates.
• Last 06 months bank account statement must be stamped from bank of current account
• Last 06 months bank account statement must be stamped from bank of saving account
• 02 Covering letter in Company`s Letter Head to the Relevant Embassy
• Pan card copy

In case of Service Person 

• Last 3 years income tax returns acknowledgement (Personal)
• Salary Slips of last 04 – 06 Months
• In case of Govt Employee NOC from Office & In case of Pvt Employee: NOC or Lave Application on Company letter Head or Stamp
• Property papers (If Any residential/commercial)
• Financial Documents e.g.:- FDR / NSC / Saving Certificates.
• Last 06 months bank account statement must be stamped from bank of saving account
• Pan card copy

In case of Honeymoon Couple

• All above mentioned documents as per clients profile
• 8-10 engagement photographs and 4-5 wedding photographs along with 02 wedding cards each from both sides(bride & groom)

In case of Student

• In case of students of school and college NOC from principal  / leave sanction , school /college i card copy , last year mark sheet, existing year’s date sheet, copy of dairy page with list of holidays ( summer vacation period specifically)

In case of Retired Person

• In case of retired persons – retirement proof
• PPF / PF Account
• Last 3 years income tax returns acknowledgement (Personal)
• Financial Documents e.g.:- FDR / NSC / Saving Certificates / bonds / share certificates.
• Last 06 months bank account statement must be stamped from bank of saving account
• Pan card copy

In case of A child is not travelling with parent

• Noc from both parents / guardians
• Parents Passport Copies
• Father & Mother Sponsorship Letter with their Signature
• Parents 06 months bank account statement must be stamped from bank of saving Account

In case of anybody sponsoring the tour

• All above mentioned documents as per clients profile of Sponsored Person
• Sponsorship Letter with their Signature
