  Cancellation Policy :

       All services such as airlines seats/ hotel accommodation / ground transportation for group tours are pre blocked well in advance. We are liable to pay penalties to all our suppliers / venders. If these services are released within the below mentioned time frame.

       Initial booking amount is non refundable.

       The Cancellation charges for Ferry / Cruise will be charged extra over and above the   booking deposit which you have paid to book the tour.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

The cost of this package is subject to the below cancellation policy. The booking amount of Rs.20, 000 is non –refundable interest free booking deposit which shall stand forfeited in the event of cancellation of package tour by guest under any circumstances. The following cancellation charges will be applicable over & above the booking deposit if any passengers cancel the tour because of any reason including rejection of visa because of any reason.

  • 35 days or more prior to the departure of the Tour                     25% of the tour cost
  • 34 – 15 Days prior to the departure of the tour                          50% of the tour cost
  • 14- 8 days prior to the dept. of the tour                                    75% of the tour cost
  • 07 days less prior to the departure of the tour or No show         100% of the tour cost

 

Refund ( if any) or amendments and or cancellation will be paid directly to Tour participants by the company it would take at least 45 days to process such refunds.

Itinerary

Day 1KL Arrive -  Langkawi

On arrival at Kuala Lumpur International Airport, Take flight to Langkawi. On your arrival at Langkawi Airport, our local tour representative will meet and transfer you to the hotel. Check-in at hotel according to the check-in timings and relax. The day is at your own leisure. After some relaxation, step out and explore the nearby areas. Langkawi offers magical vistas to witness and sunset adds more beauty to it.  Stay overnight at hotel in Langkawi. (B)

Day 2Langkawi (Day Free for Leisure)

There is nothing compared to a lazy morning on your holiday. Enjoy a free morning with a hot cup of tea/coffee. Today the day is all yours. Get a golden tan on Langkawi’s exotic beaches, go sailing, kayaking and snorkel together to explore the enticing sea life. Visit the famous Langkawi Sky Bridge, one of the most unique suspension bridges in the world. Admire its awe-inspiring construction and enjoy the board walk over the lush green mountains being 2000 feet above sea level.  Stay overnight at hotel in Langkawi (B).

Day 3Langkawi ( Round Island Tour- Day Free )

 Wake up to a beautiful morning, charge yourself with breakfast at hotel and set off for a Round Island Tour to cover Langkawi’s major highlights. Visit the Eagle Square, Langkawi’s token landmark with a giant bronze Eagle Statue. Explore the treasure of handmade collection of fine Silk Batik products at Atma Alam Batik Art Village. Witness a wide variety of sea creatures at Underwater World(excluding entrance tickets) and finish the tour with a visit to Kuah Town where you can enjoy duty free shopping of chocolates, liquor, addictive perfumes and other souvenirs. Rest of the day is free for your own leisure. 

Day 4 Langkawi

Enjoy an extensive morning breakfast.  The day is at your own leisure. After some relaxation, step out and explore the nearby areas. Langkawi offers magical vistas to witness and sunset adds more beauty to it.

Day 5Back to Home

 Enjoy an extensive morning breakfast, pack your bags and check out from the hotel. Get transferred to Langkawi Airport for your flight to Kuala Lumpur. On arrival at Kuala Lumpur International Airport take flight and get back to home.
